Her voice is drastically different from the studio version, but it's just different, not necessarily bad. It's deeper, but it isn't cracking or way off key or anything. What I mostly love about this performance is how 100% live and organic it is with no back-up vocals, and how much energy she has and how into it she is. Oddly enough, you don't see that from a lot of performers. They're usually either a) tired and seemingly bored, or b) extremely mechanical in all their rehearsed choreography.
