@republicslasthope DLC you'll find it under "Legendary Cars" but i'll save up for Big Surf Island one since it can't die it jumps higher and futher than its big "brother" 88 Special and it can take down this car in the video when it comes to them both floating...

but the toy 88 is slow on its wheels to stick with the "Hovermode" so you don't end up losing each time you crash into a nother player online.

@gheith001 It's a DeLorean obviously, the "88" in the name is a reference to 88mph, the boost is the flametracks left behind when traveling through time, and the hovering is part of the movie.

i just bought the hot rod and cant control it for shit especially when its tubo locks its annoying. i want the 88 special because it might look cool doing big surf island jumps.

its just not right in back to the future when they were hovering the cars engine didnit shift gears thats were crtirion messed up they should just have put the boster sound in as the engine sound and when he went off a jump the car rolled by itself messing him up thats wack i thought the car was cool but now id just buy surf island .

1. you buy it off of the burnout store

2. you put the funny little interwebs cable in the back of your PS3/XBOX 360 or you download the big patch off of criterion games website and install it. then you hit "burnout online"
