The tool I'm using is a hand held processor cost like $10 at walmart, other tools you can use is a blender or pestle also can try a masher just wait until the beans are soft.
thanx ive been liking peanut butter but also been lookin for somethin healthier than peanut.so i thought red bean is a good option.but hey you be careful you put too much sugar in there i see =)

Don't know but when you add sugar and process the beans it doesn't even matter still taste the same
