How much time do you use on the timeline? I use movie maker and it only allows up to 1 second as the fastest. I want it to got faster than that but it can't and how can you type over a picture? I can't do that either.

ok first step,with your right click,pull your picture to the left as short as it can be then click the picture with the right click,and go to video and add"speed up double"

also, you can go to the top and go to Tools, then go to Options, then select the Advanced tab, and you can make all the clips you put in speed .125 (.13) seconds, or .250 if .13 is too fast. I hope that helps too
