So what did he do? They weren't heckling him they were just yelling out shit. there is no proper way to deal wiht a heckler, unless you are on that stage with someone yelling at you "YOU SUCK" you don't know the feeling. So to say "this is the proper way" to handle it it's self righteous and bullshit.
