You might wanna give it a try and see if that's it. I don't see ads on any websites anywhere. I have been using it for 2 or 3 years now and never had any problems with it. I know it blocks those "home page" ads in the upper corner. If you have kids, this keeps them from seeing smut in ads.

Okay, apparently this is a big issue with people that I didn't know existed. The only thing that I can think of that keeps me from seeing these commercials and ads is that I use ad-blocker. If you guys are being hammered by commercials, you might want to look it up and download it. I've used it for a couple of years and had no idea youtube was putting commercials on videos until just now.

A few years ago someone talked me into trying it, & I guess I got so used to not seeing ads anywhere on the internet, I never realized they started putting commercials on youtube. When you've got kids, you can block all the "click me baby" type of crap that shows up everywhere you go. It's a good program, I suggest it to anyone with kids.
