Your enemies are way too many, way too fast and way too strong and accurate - it's impossible to blow up 20 vehicles, since the aiming SUCKS. Problem is, you can't even drive faster than them - a 10000 kilos heavy police van is faster than a japanese bike - yeah, right... Some of the Hot Potato missions are virtually imposible to me. WTF?!? The story is so confusing and unclear... You can't even kill people! The gameplay is so arcadish! It could've been a great game, but it's average at best...

Also, you can jump an 80 feet distance from one vehicle to another, but you can't jump while you're on foot? WTF?!?!?!?!?

You have unlimited ammo for the pistol... OMG!

The engine isn't optimized enough - on my PC it runs at the same framerate as GTAIV, but GTAIV has much more photorealistic graphics.

And why the hell is the game so hard? Especially the side missions?

Midway Games, if you wanted this game to get sold, you had to make it much easier and much less pointless...

Though there are a lot of good things about this game too - the architecture and the environments are really well made. The gameplay is pretty funny (sort of)... Not to mention the badass Cyclone Shot...

I think Gamespot gave this game the right score - 6.0. It doesn't deserve more (but maybe it deserves a bit less)...

And then again, it's a decent game.
