I don't want start a flame war, but I think that FFIX is the best FF in whole series.

This game is REAL Fantasy (sounds like oxymoron, lol) not somewhat crappy modern-like FFVII, VIII and X.

@frostmourne240 Use your own ears. :) I have a $200 Ibanez that I think sounds better than many more expensive ones. I wouldn't get caught up in the 'vintage' and 'premium woods' trap unless you just have the money to burn. If it's comfortable to play, has good intonation, and a nice timbre, you've got a good instrument whether you paid $10 or $10,000.

I own a cheap $80 dreadnought acoustic guitar and I wish to branch out into classical guitars. Classical guitars because it's difficult to play fingerstyle on an acoustic and I love the way they sound! Whats a good $200 or less classical guitar I can start with? @MBMBC Yes you can. Fleetwood Mac guitarist Lindsey Buckingham plays with his fingertips, not his nails. His reasoning was that he always broke a nail. Check out Big Love by Lindsey.

@MBMBC I only dabbled, but from what I recall, playing with the fingertips sounds distinctly different from playing with nails. Not bad; just different, so I guess the answer to that question is "as long as you like the sound that fingertips get you." Alternatively, you can do what Korean guitarist Sungha Jung does and wear finger picks. IIRC, he wears picks from aLaska Pik
