  • awesome job!

  • brillant you compiled some of his best work

  • the speed of his kicks are amazing. good vid

  • Awesome. Nice clip and music. Whe Donnie, Jackie and Jet disappear where will we find such awesomeness? The old-school Kung Fu movies are dying, my friends... Soon they will be just a very fond memory.

PS. Please don't even mention the guy in Ong Bak. I think he's nothing. I prefer Michelle Yeoh or Chow Yun Fat fighting

  • you should add Ip Man in it.

  • Beautiful. The kind of guy any girl would dream of marrying. I just melted....

  • this is nice collection

  • looks kind of cool sped up but i rather have it seen normal speed lol i mean bruce lee was the fastest he had to slow down for the camera but his whole point of it being even slower is so u can get the whole point of whats going on in the fight this is just cool flashy moves but if ur into that this guys definatly the best.

  • I've been watching Yan's movies since decades ago I could not find any of his fight scenes shot with a aped up camera sequence so far (except in iron monkey, may be). All shots you see here are actual normal speed he does. If you think its flashy then u are very correct.

  • wich movie is in 0:16

  • SPL

  • Someone anyone tell me what movie is clip 2:31-2:34 from!

Tell me please I must know, I will give the one who knows millions!

Got Call of Duty film I think its called that which he did (or Line of Duty) which was pretty sick, whats the film he fights sammo hung in (the fat dude with the mustache and waistcoat if ppl dont know)

  • this is bad ass......5/5....anyone know where else I can watch some bad ass videos like this one? Maybe u guys can recommend a good movie. I like iron monkey and fist of the red dragon....tony jaa shit too.

  • my favorite heros

    1. huo yuan jia

    2. wong fei hung

    3. bruce lee

    4. oyamas

these r the 4 people who is try to help there courty to be at peace....

  • ajajajajajajajaj!

  • I think Donnie is a cut above the rest I've seen him do a lot of ground and I have taken and used in Army combatives. I never really see any other action star do that. I think Bruce Lee said just because you master a martial art doesn't mean that your a master fighter. You might be able to beat this and that kind of opponent, your going to run into someone who you can't beat you'll live in fear from the time you wasted that you might try find a quicker way to win your fights like carrying a gun.

  • ever tought about not to fight?

isn't that one of the principles of martial arts.

  • I was taught to avoid violence at all times, but if it was necassary - end it before it gets going. Anyone who wants to know how to do that, learn the hammer fist move. One of those to the head and your opponent is going down, no matter how big he is.

  • I think it doesn't matter if it is your "hammer fist move" or just a regular punch the guy would go down. If you can hit correctly.

  • I think you'd be surprised how many punches a person can take to the face.

  • I think I have tried that, and I wasn't surprised at all. Its different in the ring when you are trading leather. Like I said, if you hit correctly, only it needs is one punch.

    Thats my oppinion.

  • that is true and wat i think, take for example the recent fight with chuck lidell and rashad evans in ufc, boom 1 hook and that was all it took for the ko.

  • Yeh, that was beautiful. Good example showing that no one has the ko resistance for being able to take knockout punches from anyone.

    Thats just not possible.

  • cool!! does anyone know the name o the song??

  • the song is wwf theme tune undertaker you can find it under wwf or wwe now

  • what version is this? the version i get doesn't have all the base and vocal, just the bell. Can you tell which cover is this?

  • its wwf back then undertaker ministry off darkness you just have to find it with vocals it called the same

  • bruce lee = amazing hand to hand combat skills, nunchuk legendary

donnie yen = fast blocks and incredible spear/rope skills

jet li = good form & technique from wushu, and amazing sword skills

jackie chan = traditional animal kungfu, drunken fist and kick ass skill using stool to kick ass( see his older films lol)

in the end i like all of them! cus each is unique! shit if only i can combine all 4...omg ^_^

  • oh yeah, also that thing dont know what it is...the errss stick that breaks into 3 pieces but its connected by a chain or rope...yeah jet li kick ass in that too! =P

  • Not bad but here what I think about the names

    1. Bruce Lee= speed, powerful

    2. Donnie= all around like a camelon

    3. Jackie= truly gifted and talented

    4. Jet Li= A fighter period a true martail artist

    5. JCVD excellent kicking techniques

just my opinion but all and all great legends and they all inspired me to do martial arts

  • Most movie stars try to make themselves look good. I don't think DY is doing anything than showcasing his skills, and he deserves to do that.

People continue to compare everyone to Bruce Lee...I don't think there's any comparison, and even all of the guys that do MA cinema will say the same thing....they've said that Bruce Lee set the path for them..pretty cool if you ask me....I don't care about the "who is better" war..I hope they all continue to make films..I like the genre.

  • I dont know why many people always gets impressed by donnie yen. I admire his skills as martial artist, but he always like to make himself look better than others. Most of his fightings are camera cranked to the max. just see Iron monkey 1 and 2, fist of fury, legend of the wolf, etc. Donnie has got good taikwando kicks but his fists are not impressive and is not fluid in movements. Bruce lee once said, the person with more control and fluidity and adaptive ability will have advantage.

  • Bruce was great no doubt, but donnie is pretty kick ass. His fight with Jet Li in hero sold me hook line and stinker. The man is talented, not doubt, as good as bruce? No one can fill those shoes.

  • really nice clip, also the music fits, I`m lookin forward seeing him in the movie bout bruce lee`s life!

  • Donnie yen's my hero =]

  • what two songs are they

  • Very cool video=)...what is the song?

  • oh wait he came out in IRON MONKEY sHIT i had no idea

  • you can go to hell.man

  • YEHHHHHHh nice video man yes

  • I want to be like him!!! :(

  • cool yeahhhhhhh love it so so so muchhhhhh wht can i say absolutely marvellous

  • Top five kickers list: 2: Wong in Sik/Whang in sik. Grandmaster in Hapkido. Taught Jackie Chan, Yuen Biao, Sammo Hung and Angela Mao in hapkido. Best fightscenes from Wong: Intro Scene in "The Young Master" and the incredible 15 min. end fight with Chan. Dragon Lord end fight with Chan again. Hapkido intro kicking some boards in half and towards the end, fighting and intire dojo. When Tae Kwon Do strikes end fight with Angela Mao. Known for his speed, Makes Van Damme look slowmotion.

  • My top five Kickers : new list with recomments for theire best movie fights: 1: Hwang Jang Lee aka The king og leg combat. Drunken Master intro fight scene and first encounter with Jackie. Ninja in the Dragons Den: End fight. Game of death 2 aka Tower of Death: End fight. Known for his four point bicycle kicks and triple flying sidekicks. Grandmaster in Tae Kwon Do, practiced Boxing. Could lean anything the fight director showed him. Kill too ppl in self denfense. Had too slow down his speed.

  • i love donnie yen when he was fighting with Jet Li in OUTIC 2, the staff fight was classic

  • Agree

  • 2:06 - 2:015 which is this movie??

  • Wong-Kei-Ying FTW

  • donnies gangsta

  • What do you mean?

  • what movie is it right after blade 2. at 2:36

  • In the Line of Duty 4

  • Donnie Yen makes Tae Kwon Do looks so good!!!

  • Has he learnt TKD as well as Chinese kung-fu? I've always believed his kicks had influences from TKD other than Wushu.

  • he got into almost everything... wushu, tai chi, tae kwon do, kickboxing, boxing etc.

  • a kick is just a kick, TKD does not own any kicks, there is no such thing as TKD influences. It's human dynamics.

  • a kick is just a kick, TKD does not own any kicks, there is no such thing as TKD influences. It's human dynamics.

  • Please! What is the Movie from 1:56 ?

  • The name of the movie is Satans Return

  • no you idiot it is called ballistic kiss coward

  • Donnie is the man!

  • I am the King

  • This is a good Tribute to Donnie he is a legend and an excellent visoniray on action film makeing. He is one of the people who inspire me marial arts wise. He said he was faster than Jackie he had to slow down for him as for jet he did know because he faut him with weapons in Once upon time in china and hero not hand to hand still he is lightin gquick and fast and a legend

  • its KILL ZONE

  • wat movie is it at 2:31?

  • it´s highlander. i think...

  • it is indeed highlander

  • ahh...nothing from seven swords? c'mon

  • man he has a amazing kick wish mines were that powerful and fast

  • whats the song name?

  • werd whats was the name of that song playing in the background

  • ministry of darkness, undertakers theme

  • donnie is the best gongfu star after bruce

  • wang jen lee is the best 2 me but donnie is great too

  • hes famous for hes speed and hes kick so i think at 00:45 is real

  • I like Donnie's style more than Jet Li

  • i think so. Donnie is a better martial artist and actor.

  • My top 10 kickers past and present: 1: Hwang Jang Lee 2: Wong In-sik 3: Kim won Jin 4: Donnie Yen 5: Keith Cooke 6: Casanova Wong aka human tornado 7:Tao tao liang aka Flashlegs. 8: Kwan young moon 9: Ken Lo 10: John Liu.

  • your biggest mistake, you forgot to include Jung 'Sunny the Scorpion' Yuen in a list of the greatest kickers. He's right up there with Hwang Jang Lee

  • I'd made no mistake. Kim Won Jin is and Sonny the scorpion are the same. Kim won Jin is his real name, and Sonny The scorpion is the persona he plays in "The Scorpion king" aka "Operation Scorpio" Is Sonny your favourite kicker?

  • oh sorry I have always known that he had an alternate name from IMDB, but never got around to calling him by that and hence I tend not to remember his other name even when I see it. but yes he is my favourite.

  • The reason I have him as my number 3, is not because he is not as skilled as Hwang Jang Lee or Wong in sik, but because these two guys are so damned fast, and powerfull. Have you seen the introducing scene of Wong in sik in "the young master"? that's normal 25 frames pr sec. And Hwang jan lee is definely the real deal, the man have killed two ppl in self denfense.

  • holy shit. i didnt even think about it until you told me. I just watched it again just to confirm and bloody hell you're right. If thats his normal speed well then he's on a totally different level altogether. As for Hwang Jang Lee I've heard that story before. But I'm just biased in Sonny's favour thats all. Doesnt mean I am right.

  • fury i might not have caught on to this earlier, but now that i re-read your list. I kind of have problems with Ken Lo being in that list. For one I think Dacascos has more of a right to be in there than he does. 2ndly he should be really thankful to pings DM2 to even be considered a great kicker because other than that I'd say his kicking skillz are way below liu's and dacascos's

  • I know Mark Dacascos is a great kicker, but he is not exactly considered a superkicker, for example Yuen Biao have great kicks too, but is neither known as a superkicker. still I must agreed with you on that Dacascos kicks a better than Liu's, but not Ken Lo's in my opinion. Ken Lo is fantastic in "Legend of the Drunken Master" Do you know if Jackie used undercranking for that movie?

  • i dont know if there was undercranking used in that but there are some telltale signs,Even then it sure is just as subtle as the wirework in the movie. Thats one of the great things about DM2 . Subtlety in the use of wires and speeding up.

Anyway to get back to the topic at hand. Watch that low budget flick called 'China Strike Force'. It has both Dacascos and Ken Lo featuring in various fights without the beauty of the choreography in DM2. Once you see that I am sure you will change ur opinion

  • I have seen "CSF" and Mark does some nice kicking theire, but the one who steals the show is defenenly Kim won jin. But too get back to who's best out off Dacascos and Lo, I still favour Lo, and that's probadly because he is also bodyguard for Jackie Chan, so that must mean he is the real deal.
