i am in love with illusion of gaia.. i played it when i was a kid but i never beat it until i bought it again off of amazon and now im 24 and beat it and it was like.. completeing a life goal.. lol i got all teary eyed

I bought it the first day i was released in germany and played it trough for around thirty times.

when i had my dreamcast and could go in the net i startet seek for information about the composer and all it got until today is his name and the fact that the soundtrack he made for this game is his only one he ever made,exept for some wierd arcademachine.

I definitely agree that this game is underrated. I think the sequel, Terranigma is also underrated. They both had really great music...I especially like playing the dungeon themes in the Illusion of Gaia and Terranigma games on piano.

They're really hard to find anymore in actual cartrige. Best way to go about finding them would be just to search hard and long for it.

Hmmm... yeah, The Village People did :( they were gonna eat the kids, but, the pig was smart, and had like, its own personality, and so he saved the kids by running in to the fire :( when me and my bro were younger, we would cry at that part because of how sad it was XD it was still one of the best games ever though, for me, it would tie with A Link To The Past, i love it so...XD OK, now i wanna request a song from this game, its called 'In The Earthen Womb' its when Lance loses his memory.

I've been playing the Town Theme, Village Theme, Title Theme, Map Theme, and Flute Song. I've actually made them into sheet music for my ocarina. I may do a videos of them when I'm good enough at them.

By the way, Terranigma was never released in America, but it has been fan translated.

Terranigma was fan translated? Why? It was released in English here in the UK anyway... surely it would have been easier to import (or in this day and age, get the "rom"). No excuse for Americans to not play it now :-p

It might have something to do with wanting an NTSC version instead of the PAL version. It's also very possible that I saw the PAL version and mistaked it for a fan translation. I'll have to check when I get home.
