First time I looked at the single frame at 4:01 it looked like a photoshop clone along the top.
But then I thought what else could repeat like that without looking exactly the same.
The answer is FACES with a flash on them. The shapes along the top are the classic alien shaped face we have all come to know and love. Take a close look at frame 4:01 and you'll see what I mean. Guess they wanted to give Dora a snapshot for the photo album :)))
Those streaks of light have got to be the result of a glitch in the camera. To consistently appear within a single frame the source must be in perfect sync with the frame rate of the camera, which is highly unlikely for anything outside of the camera.
@Aerosteon spoken like a true brain washed sheeple their brain wont even let them comprehend that aliens exist. The woman that took the oictures think they HAVE to be UFOs. Its going too fast for the camera to pick up, if they had a slow motion camera it would look different and be broken up into a couple frames instead.
I'm from vancouver, I see tons of UFO here all the time, some weird ones with werid colors, UFO means unadentfied foriegn object it could be the government.. from the airport, since we live close by it it could be that.
@jason75 could be, but why would they want to communicate back? Like when the lady flashed her light and it did everything she did. and why do we "feel" them when they are around? We have a connection to them.
