I think prchristman is right. Sullivan referenced Pajama Game because Carol Haney was a featured star in it and, if i'm not mistaken, Fosse did the choreography for Pajama Game.
This is more Sullivan material out there that the Sullivan estate hasn't released. The sound and video are off by 4 counts on every copy I have ever seen, which is frustrating. Any video wizards out there who know how to fix it?
This is great, but why does Sullivan say it's from The Pajama Game? Was it in there originally and cut during previews? Possibly replaced by Steam Heat?
"I Love a Piano" (Irving Berlin tune from early 20th century) was not from the 1954 musical "Pajama Game" (Richard Adler and Jerry Ross). Sullivan had to be referring merely to the fact that Carol Haney was performing in "Pajama Game."
Thanks for posting this number done by two true theatrical greats!
Was it only on me or was everyone's playback four counts off the video. I love this number. It was alot of fun to dance. We put it together in the workshop stages of the show Fosse, but it was eventually cut.
What a gem! Thank you so much for posting this! Carol Haney was one of the greatest jazz dancers ever and it's such a shame that she was featured in only a few films. Keep on the good work!
What did you two think the boys were going to do with this!

Carol Haney is one of the best female dancers ever, no question... so sad we didn't get to see more of her dancing on film. Thanks for posting this.
