However at the same time, the miracle of the quran is that it hasnt changed at all over the 1000s of yrs it has existed. Scrolls/scripts found from 100s/1000s of years ago are identical to the ones being sold in the stores now. So dont conclude just b/c bible has changed over the years doesnt mean there is no God, you're just looking in the wrong place

Excuse me. There is in existance a form of christianity that hasen't changed a single little detail in over 2,000 years, from ancient texts to the way we whorship. It's called Eastern Orthodox Christianity. Check it out. And the more you learn about this, the more you will come to realize. There is God. Hopefully you will figure it out before it's too late.
