This is a different trike than what you were looking at, check out the other videos. The one you saw is now finished and is red w/flames....it still has the boxy thing in the back............

best sounding engine ive ever heard to be a brigg's engine must be over head cam action, i also understand you only need car plate's on a trike and standard driveing licence and insureance, no bike licence requard, or bike plates, is this true? Dave..!

In NC the same rules apply to a trike as a motorcycle, must have a helmet, motorcycle licence, tag and insurance.

Yes, they can be made street legal. This was my first bike, I did not have any experience either. Main thing is to find a good frame and start from there. Or you could build your own frame. I would be glad to help you but I probably don't live near you.

holy shit! that is a briggs and stration lawn mower motor!!!!!!!! what sorta muffler are u using????

It's a Briggs and Straton racing engine, not for a lawn mower unless you race them. It's a World Formula engine, 16hp out of the box, a billet flywheel and around $1500. It has a straight pipe out the back, no need for a muffler here.

It could be street legal, but for now it's just a show piece. I only ride it at the cruise-ins and car shows. It's just a conversation piece that has a lot of time invested. Thanks a million for the comment. Check out my other mini when you have time.
