@wesblood007 I was just thinking that. But i don't think they will. The reason why they are making fairy tale shows like this and Grim (on nbc) is because the producers saw how successful Twilight and Harry Potter was (which both follow the same archetypes). That means that there is a high chance of it being popular. Although, I'm afraid people will find it cheesy. I certainly don't!

Folklore in Disney has been around since the 30's with Pinocchio and Snow White. It's even further back with Were-Wolves and Vampires. The difference nowadays I think is the remakes of all the old supernatural movies from the 70's and 80's can be done a thousand times better with the technology we have now. Not to mention our culture has changed a lot. People can openly enjoy things like that without be ridiculed and judged. I can't imagine being a nerd in the 50's or 60's.

If you Lost-fans keep comparing new shows with Lost, none of them will stand a chance. FlashForward got hammered, now The Event gets bashed into the ground. Give shows a chance before you give them your final verdict.

Also, Carlyle has no beard!? Doesn't suit him, I'll take the Rush-look back over this any day. Makes him look more badass.
