Why is it every video I see of this game there is no gameplay just FMVs?

Because Most people just want ot enjoy the cutscenes without interuptions to make it seem sort of like a movie. And Gameplay is usually in the trailers. Plus the American gameplay for this game is different than that of Japan

@livxuponxhope Oh could you please tell me the difference between the Japanese and American versions of the game? I bought it many months ago and had a devil of a time with it. (I never did make it out of the practice/training room!) Plus, I'm very much a "RPG" kind of player, and was surprised that "DoC" is a "First Person Shooter" game." I bought the game used so I decided to keep it anyway, I'm such a big FF fan! Thanks for any helpful news if you can. ^-^ PS- Cool screen-name btw :)

Because the gameplay generally sucks ass. The movies are least 10 times cooler then anything you'll see in gameplay.
