ow man we were in this shit couple days ago. me and my cuz. my cuz owns this car. actually he used to before impound :D we were speeding on highway 101 south bound toward LA arround 155 mph and we passed by a cop 1:00am :D
we pulled over right away and cop became little nice to us. anyway cuz got ticket @120mph. cop towed the car. thay said that they wont let us get the car another month. ow man it was terrible night. SAN JOSE/CA

on bmw e90 (and probably others) the esp is only active from 0 to 190kph.this is what the bmw data sheet says
