i can't really agree with you on that about the koreans...i mean zhang yi ling(?) is a korean singer. she's not BEAUTIFUL like that but she's pretty good looking and she knows how to sing...but then again she is a chinese (yay for chinese).

i know; they just aren't being recognized...i'm into kpop right now but i can't help wanting cpop to be like kpop...not musicwise but popularitywise. if the koreans can do it so can the chinese!

i think kpop is getting really big because its a lot like american pop.. and the artists are so amazingly good looking, well of course there are plenty of talented korean stars out there.. but a lot of them arent vocalists.. moreso just entertainers that put a good beat on and strut their stuff on the stage

i don't think korean pop have very good looking ppl. it's a difference in opinions. i know many chinese ppl like them for whatever reason, but for me im one chinese person who do not see them as something very very spectacular. whenever i look at their singing and dance moves it reminds me of americans. if a singer can make me feel like they have their own identity that is when those entertainers are truly spectacular imo.
