  • @Draienei: If "it" hurts, that means that you are producing stress on your lower back. I like your strategy, stop as soon as it hurts.

  • i have worked hard for a flat stomach i finnaly achieved my goal now i want a 4 pack im doing 50 crunches with 3 reps and 6 second breaks after i hit 25 do you think if i focuse more on my lower adbominals it will be easier to atleast see some of my abs? im aiming for a four pack but idk

  • @re4rules To Be honest i had a 4 Pack without eva Trying... but what i did was Keep training Atleast once a day :) Till it hurts :) And take a break... once u finished training i took a Protein Shake.. or try somthing with loads of protein.. it helps restoring You're Broken Body Parts and take a nap

  • hey why do you have to keep your head down when you do it ? i keep my head down but when im tired i lift it up and it becomes eiser does it matter wether ur head is up or down?

  • Hey @edwardmanboy You basicly just gave the reason why you keep your head down. If its easy then it is being done wrong. But if you keep your head DOWN and do it. And it gets easy, that just means your abs are getting a whole lot better. So just use the right form and it will be more effective. That goes for ANY work out not just for abs. Hope this helped.

  • you know what you can do... you can look at the program P90X and look into the ab ripper portion. its really good, i mean if you want to lose belly fat.  like you should do it once a week just to lose belly fat. now guys like me on the other hand do it like 2 or 3 times a week but that would result in you know six pack and definition... but i get what you mean. =D

  • Don't to crunches to lose belly fat!!! Its one of the most common misconceptions.  This will tone your stomach but wont help you lose fat. Cardio lets you lose fat for example long distance running (not sprints) or bike riding. But its a good idea to do some ab excercises to just to tone, you wont get a man stomach

  • you need to do cardio workouts to lose fat. ab workouts will only build up ur abs

  • I suggest running and working on your lower abs and obliques. Since you dont want a six pack. Dont go for upper abs. To get a nice stomach that most female models have is working on lower abs and obliques. Thats the secret. Because Lower abs are the easiest to get and obliques is the next, upper abs are harder to get. But if you work lower abs and obliques and connected them with the upper abs. Youll get that six pack that most mascular people have. :)

  • Nahh mann, Upper abs are the easiest to get, ive been working it out for about 2 years and have my tops abs alot bigger than my lower abs. This is because of the fat and carbs you eat and do nto use, goes to your lower abs, and then moves upwards, so it will start lower. for everything you just need to use Progressive overload.

  • @NotFromValetta Nope. You've got the wrong idea. Running and other Cardiovascular exercises burn fat.

  • ummm actually they are correct, just need to keep your head down and breath at the right time, but what else do you have in mind?

  • with the 2nd exercise if you have a family member or a friend you can have someone push your feet down and you try and keep them off the ground.
