  • How old u was when u stard with training =?

    I mean i was 16 and i do 7 kgs ( by the way i was verry weak =) ) and now i use 14 kg after 1,5 jears training .

  • try this for a great burn 5-10 kg dumbells hold them with arms out to side like a T and hold for 1 minute then do that six times thats what ido at the gym people look at me funny until i tell them to try it!! it will build your core strength

  • @KingoffPop when i was a beginner i was already at the 20kg, now im at the 45 kg after 8 months of training with 2 months break.
