How old u was when u stard with training =?
I mean i was 16 and i do 7 kgs ( by the way i was verry weak =) ) and now i use 14 kg after 1,5 jears training .

try this for a great burn 5-10 kg dumbells hold them with arms out to side like a T and hold for 1 minute then do that six times thats what ido at the gym people look at me funny until i tell them to try it!! it will build your core strength

i only tryed to say that the waights don't way 25kg even if it says so: P
idiots a normal weight for newbes is between 6 and 9 kg
25 kg is impossibl may u can do 3 reps omgg no guy who is 15 can train with a 25 kg dumbell idiots no plan for bodybuilding

@KingoffPop when i was a beginner i was already at the 20kg, now im at the 45 kg after 8 months of training with 2 months break.
