@sable2013ta you can do this any where in the USA look up stickmann name or acceptance for value there is allot of paper work and u have to make sure u have all the correct type of paper to the correct government address and certified mail on everything but u can do it

your berth certificate number (the all red inked number) if ur from ontario then it would start with an A. all of em start with a letter i beleive

I do not believe that the birth Certificate # is udes for A4V. I believe that the SIN # (CANADA) is used for A4V.

is it not your sin number that you would submit? The exemption ID is the EIN, the counter part in Canada would be the SIN.

Winston is talking about remedy for IRS debts. Exchange US Treasury for say, TELUS, DIRECT ENERGY etc, in CANADA.

Exemption I.D. # = SIN # (CANADA)

Deposit to Direct Energy Account # 123456789.

Charge the same to [NAME ALL CAPS], SIN #

Remember that the exemption ID# is the Social Security # without the dashes. The account # (at the bottom) is the Social Security # with the dashes. Under the ALL CAPS (JOHN Q PUBLIC) account.

I have used A4V here in Canada. About a year ago, Canada Revenue Agency sent me a remittance voucher and requesting payment of $750. I returned it by registered mail and have not heard one word from them.

What is the equivelent to the U.S Tresaury for Canada?? And does Canada use an exemption ID# or is it called somthing else?? and its the number on your birth certificate right?

I'm told you address it to the Minister of Finance as it's the equivalent to US Treasurer. Exemption ID's are SSN, or SIN or equivalent #'s. The # on the Birth Certificate is apparently that Bond's tracking number used by the SEC.

True Freeman Status won't work with this, as a True Freeman gives up his SIN #, which ties him to the bond. A True Freeman takes himself out of Admiralty. He still has right to the BC Bond, but in Common Law, it's just a piece of paper, like a birth registry inscribed in a bible as in the olde days. It only has value as an Instrument in Admiralty.

i would be happy to "bond myself" but i need to know if the rules are the same after the patriot act, 911, and department of homeland security.

1. Yes, rules are the same... this falls under Admiralty law, governed by UCC in USA Corp. and everywhere else. UCC is universal, it just goes by different names.

No. As long as you are using 'Instruments' as items of 'value' you are in Commerce - Admiralty/Merchant Law. Common Law does not apply. To follow Common Law, you have to LIVE by Common Law, which means eye for an eye, payment of value on demand, etc.
