I support Ron Paul but I usually find Olbermann pretty reasonable. To those who compare him to Rush, Olbermann is liberal but he is still ways to go to become a Rush for the left...and unfortunately, he took a big step toward that in this video. This is the same nonsense as those extreme right wingers associating Obama to Bill Ayers. I don't support Obama but those arguments are too much. So is this one. You disappoint me Mr. Olbermann.

As a Dem, I'm pretty ashamed that Olbermann would make that connection. It serves virtually no purpose. And though I am not a Paul supporter, I highly respect both he and his supporters for being issue-oriented and less crazed than we Dems or the GOP in general. Well, I believe that to be true only to a certain extent. As someone who once worked in television, I understand the importance of ratings, but I also believe that Olbermann -- though sometimes over the top in his pursuit of ratings -- is sincerely a liberal who does indeed have these opinions. Personally, I think O'Reilly is a lunatic and I detest him; with this in mind, I know why many on the right hate Olbermann. All that said, the news media -- lack thereof -- is a BIG problem in the U.S.

I watched Olbermann every night up until the election, then I realized he's just a "blue" O'Reilly. Eugene Robinson was given his opinion by the post.
