She is basically representing Albania and Kosovo to the international world. Elvana can't do that. No American knows who Elvana is. Everybody who watched American Idol knows Melinda. People are such haters Melinda . I live in america and im albanian and im not perfect at albanian either . Its not my fault that I dont have an albanian school right outside my door just to please people . And I dont see her "writing" anything in albanian kid . And how the hell are you about to tell her to continue to sing in english ? She can do whatever she wants and if you dont like it then dont watch her videos .

@aidaforever96 i use to go to albanian school for 8 years because my parents always wanted me to learn albanian but the language is to hard to learn... when u didnt grew up in kosovo or albania, or didnt have any friends beside youre family u could talk to in albanian... i think its impossible to speak a 100 percent albanian... so melinda did a great job!!!

just be proud of where u come from !!!

You should practice to speak Albanian way more! You have an amazing voice, but I didnt really enjoy you singing that song. Also, moving to America at a young age is NO excuse, i've lived in England since the age of one and my ability to read, write and speak in Albanian is almost as good as my English- without going to any Albanian school. The important thing is to not forgt your mother tongue and to speak it as much as possible! anyway Best of luck with singing, your really good at it!
