  • short arms are great, dont have far to push up with the weight

  • look at that ROM i'm jealous :(

  • so 27 or 22 reps? lol

  • good weight, okay form, but i would not like to look like this guy

  • omg guy telling you going down slow is wrong and making fun of you for it. wow go away you idiots

  • I won't make a comment to whether I think he uses or not, but I can tell you that I have a friend, or sort of a friend, who set records in "natural" powerlifting, and I know for a fact that he used steroids up to 3 weeks before the event...and heavily. I know because he used to get them from me. He told me he used 3cc's of test 3 times a week, then changed to shorter acting ones and came off of them 3 weeks out. He also took a polygraph, not a piss or blood test, so little easier to pass.

  • love the completely off topic arguments that go on after EVERY LIFTING VIDEO haha. Fortunately, they only put so many on the first page. O, btw, awesome lifting, that shit was legit no matter what way you slice it!

  • that is very impressive strength

  • this guy just might be ALL NATURAL i am 270 lbs and bench 315 for 15 plus reps its called going to the gym EVERYDAY and working out sometimes twice a day ,,,try it and maybe people will be saying shit like that about you oh he must be doing steroids cause he is strong ,and big

  • Daaaaamn! I can squat that much...... For 1 rep

  • Lol so many fucking retards posting here....

  • why does he say "now for the 40's" at 54 seconds ???

  • fucking fake fuck those are 35 plates

  • all his videos he claims "all natural"......yeah, ok, right sure, yep....phhhhtttt

  • @zrx7769 he is all natural in the fact that he uses short ester steroids that clear the body quickly so when he gets drug tested, it shows up negative.

  • @zrx7769 haha dude I think ur worrying about this way too much.. people can do shit like this naturally. yes I realize many do not and yes I realize that it'd be easy to claim natty and pass a test but that doesn't mean that he HAS to be juicin to achieve this. I'm not sayin he is or isn't.. I'm just sayin it's possible natty and it's funny to see how ur freakin out cuz he MIGHT be lying

  • rofl, thats how many times i can bench 135. Good job

  • if you say it 315lbs im gonna believe you. congrats man very strong

  • he is right lol there is no 35's been to a golds myself and if u dont know what a 45 looks like then i dont know why u idiots are workin out at the end of the vid it shows 2 25s and 2 45s behind it

  • i believe that this is 315 but only because i cant really tell how big u are in the vid. I have seen people do 315 25 times but they weighed 300+. It doesnt look like u weight 300 pounds sooo its harder to believe. But im not gonna hate. 315 that many times is FUCKING impressive. and FUCK the haters because OBVIOUSLY they cant do this therefore they are hating. Especially the one dude that says ur fat.. he is probably a skate boarding anorexic faggot haha. But if this really isnt 315 your a fag

  • nice to see your natural nice set

  • Bad ass!! People hatting should post there video of them moving some weight around

  • tell the spotters thank you atleast!!!

  • @BeantownDungplop HAHAHAHA......yea.....i have an interest in fishes......but at least i dont post videos of of my fat effin self liftin a bunch of weights....WTF is the point of that if u look like an effin whale.....u sure drive the girls crazy....u look hott liftin those weights u fat F@#K !!!!....HAHAHAHA

  • Wow...look at all the little boys talking smack here. Yet when you look at their channel pages, NO LIFTING VIDEOS.

    Maybe that's because 110 x 10 isn't quite as impressive as this cat's 315 x 22.

  • this guy is an asshole. not because he uses roids, but because he lies about it. so what if you do steroids. its not a big deal. but to lie about it when it is obvious makes you a total asshole!

  • @zrx7769 Why would I post all natural if I was not? You obviously have never been to a natural powerlifting event. There are several organizations that hold these around the world and I am definitely weaker than a few of the other record holders. Just because 99%+ cannot do this weight at my age and body weight doesn't mean steroids were used. Look up WNPF, NASA, USAPL and 100% Raw. These are just a few that have some big lifters.

  • @XJRdan obviously so you wont look like you got everything from steroids. It is easy to enter any of those federations and not be drug free. If you use short esters or orals like t-bol that clear your system fast you can easily pass any drug test. just admit you use steroids.

  • @XJRdan they should look at CT Fletcher, now that is a natural athlete.

  • @zrx7769 what is obvious that he is strong ???/

  • @zrx7769 I can only bench 280 at 204 body weight but this guy did not use steroids. benching 315 for 22 isn't impossible. you must be weak or something because if you dedicated your life to being a heavy ass weight lifting lifter than you would be doing heavy weight. don't give me some bull on why I only bench 280 I've only been serious about my training for this past year.

  • @seanarama1234 what a fucking moron you are. do you have any idea what I bench? If not then why would you say Im weak. Thats just plain fucking ignorance! You are the weak one with a little pathetic 280 pound bench. That girly weight. Pussy!

  • @zrx7769 an yet you fail to state your 20 pound bench press

  • "all natural"....yeah, ok, right, sure, yep, uh huh!!!

  • Natural hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

  • you just look big an fat.....no friggin definition.....stop tryin to defend poor technique and start gyming properly u retard!!!!

  • @sonyplusgigabyte

Lol, An anorexic in denial ^^, Anorexics always try and cover their low bodyfat by defining themselves as being "ripped".

  • @sonyplusgigabyte On the other hand, your video upload of a "Beautiful 20 Gallon Freshwater Aquarium" is pretty instructive where "gyming properly" is concerned.

Good God, the sort of turds YouTube attracts is comical...

  • 315x22 & 240x40 at 235 is just fucking insane. if you ever get sick of the big-box gyms, look up brian schwab at orlando barbell. best gym & crew in central fl. keep killin' it.

  • i belive your naturel . keep on training (Y)

  • natural yerrrrrrrrrrrrr bullshit no respect to bullshitters

  • look how short his arms are!!

  • all natural my ass lying pos

  • Awesome job man! Keep it up

  • Partial reps r said to build strength. I hope to get to this point soon. I am trying to eat a lot of carba n protein. This guy is a beast no matter what type of form which if he had bad form he'd prob do far less. So his form is good. He is strong good lift man keep up the good work. Youtubers liketo hate a lot. I ain't gonna lie I'm jealous haha.

  • lol the guy is short his reps are five inches. NOt impressed.

  • So because he is short he is disqualified? You're a douche. I bet you don't even squat or dead lift 3 wheels, let alone bench it. Where's your vids at big swole? Show us something impressive.

  • Comment removed

  • You are an idiot. At the end of the video there are weights on a rack not on the barbell. And it is a 25 sitting there. Maybe you should set foot in a newer gym or at least ask someone who goes to one and look for a 35. Dumbass, why would anyone post a weight that is clearly visible to all eyes?

  • i'm just saying that you claim that there are no 35's in this gym, and at the end of the video there are clearly 35's behind the 25. it's bigger than the 25 and even though you can't see the whole 35, you can still see the 3.

  • There are no 35's in either this Golds Gym in Altamonte Springs nor the LA Fitness. That is a 45.

  • well then i guess they label their 45's 35, cause there's no denying that's a 3.

  • youre right thats is a 35 omg!

  • they are 25 pound plates, CAN U READ!?

  • @killabanana84 haha if the plate behind the 25 was a 35 the 45's would be like 2 feet in diameter so maybe you should get your eyes checked

  • not all gyms have 35s you dumbass. ive been to a few that dont have 35s its kind of stupid not to have them but im sure they just want to cut costs i guess.

  • nice... oh wait, those aren't 45s? why does the video say 315 when those are 35 pound weights not 45?

  • Wow that is power.

  • that wasnt 27? its 22!

  • wow thats amazing!

  • Dude you are HUGE. Strong as a bear and a good physique by the looks of it. You will go far bro!

  • sure looked like 35lbs to me.

  • ur an idiot....

  • great work!

  • where u on roids sometime in your life? just asking.....pm me because im dead serious, and YES i read the title it says all natural....i dont think so.....maybe he has a diferent concept of natural....

  • strenght training is alot diff then bodybuilding so i believe it.

  • What difference does it make, and secondly who cares, you don't just take gear and get big & strong, you still have to train, eat and sleep.

  • (My vomment was in reply to Potopototo2009's comment, for some reason it didn't post as a reply to his comment)

  • *comment with a 'c'

....my keyboard fails at typing, lol *hides*

  • Man people are haters, most of you are just jealous, this guy is a machine !!

Who cares what his physique is, he never said he was a body builder !

  • this guys a beast butttt it kinda looks like he isnt going all the way up, my opinion

  • very nice

  • dude there are FAR worse technique all over youtube, dont be jealous. The only excuse i can find is that your range of motion is small because of a big chest(which is a bonus and a result to good training) and short arms... genetics... but ive seen guys on youtube who just pop it off their chest and its a total joke. So Nice Fken Lift ! :)

  • Dude..ignore all the haters..are u fuckin' serious...not everyone is doing strict power lifting reps..99% of the people at the gym bench just like this when going for a high rep record set..come on!!..even a pro that works out there..he's 240LBS at 5'5" and he got 19reps with 3 plates with chemical enhancement obviously..your a fuckin beast..I got 7 with 315LBS and almost died LOL!

  • Haha, people on here make me laugh, the jealousy is as clear as water with a lot of these negative comments. You know when people start bringing up physique statements such as claiming "you're fat" on a video thats supposed to show a display of strength proves how low people can really go and have nothing else to do but rant away behind their keyboards. Grow the fuck up people. Anyway good job on the bench, it's impressive.

  • Matt has a valid point, the technique is littered with faults. What annoyed me was your reply. It shows how simple you really are.

    P.S. You are fat.

  • Look at all the pussy haters. They cant stand to see some one strong so they "Try" to discredit you! I know real power when I see it. You got to have 495 bench.

  • yeah I know, I really need to learn how to lift. One day I might have some size. LOL Give me a break.

  • If you had proper technique and were more athletic you'd look a whole lot better and would be respected by all, not just by ugly size queens like yourself. I'm sure the size still doesn't compensate for what you may lack, so, you should just give it a rest. You look like a fat guy, but in your case you have muscle which is weird. I bet you move like a fat guy too lol.

  • That has got to be the most ignorant comment I have ever read on youtube.

  • if you would of known anything about muscles, you would know that his buffed not fat. Most bodybuilding aim for a body like his in the off season to build muscle, then lose it in the season.

  • I think his technique is fine.

  • @mattgrove4life when your going for high reps you dont go down slow, and who gives a fuck what gym he goes to?

  • @mattgrove4life yeah, that probably explains why he's sooo small and weak...btw your an idiot!

  • Fake plates obviously!!Really 225lbs which isnt too shabby at 22 reps! Good job sporto

  • Right. I bring my "fake weights" to Golds with me.

  • At least you admit it!! Unlike other videos on you tube. Anyway good job with th 225lbs!!

  • Are you fucking serious?Thats 315!! LOL

  • dumbass

  • wanna get knocked out fag?

  • Awesome!

  • My goodness these goons on here trying to put you down. It amazes me how envious people can be. I saw your other videos and you're a strong guy. Most people at your weight cannot bench 315 once. I weigh 210 and can bench 315 twice. 22 times is just insane. I thought your form was fine. Peace out.

  • if that is really 315 you are a bad mutha fucka!!!!

  • people can never give credit when its due....

nice vid dude. i can always respect a man who can do my 3 rep max over 20 times

  • u on creatine?

  • So funny how these guys try to down your accomplishment. They clearly don't have a clue.Your repping 315 the way guys rep 225.Awesome lifting man 5 stars! now sit back and laugh at the douche bag comments your sure to get : )

  • i need to improve my benching any tips thanks btw what can you do on incline

  • thats 305lbs

    thoes are 35lb plates and a 25lb

    verry nice work either way

    how long on the juice?

  • yeah ok. All the same size plates but different weights? Read the title.

  • ahh whoops, the little bit at the end there messed me up. looked like that was your bar

  • reason why he reps so much is because he has small arms and he short

  • now that's funny.

  • LOL HE HAS SMALL ARMS? AND HES SHORT?! LOLOLOL wow if he has small arms like u do how could he be lifting that and if he was short doesnt being short put u at a disadvantage because of the length of youre arms are shorter than taller peoples?

  • no it is easier for a short person to ench especially with the hideos arch he displays. this guy is strong from his other videos but his reps werent full and im not sure if hes short but short pluus huge chest but big arch and shitty reps equal better bench press.

  • those look like 35 plates so i think its only 255 unless im like half blind

  • This gym doesn't have 35lb plates. Most of the newer gyms for that matter. I guess lasik might help. just kidding.

  • dude.. it doesn't make sense 495 max... and 22 reps of 315... i don't think so!

  • Which part? My best has been 535 and 315x27 and 225x60. But I have been slacking lately.

  • what do you mean it dont add up.? are you referring to the amount of reps dont add up to his max.? If this is your point than allow me to explain. you can not use a 1 rep max calculator becuase there are factors that effect how many reps you can do. If your atp level drops while doing reps you can stall at any point. when doing rep max. you must have speed, strenght, explosive power and perfect form and timing.

  • GREAT JOB

  • Lifetime natty? Daaaaaaaaaaaaamn. Positively freaky strength, especially for never having used super-supps. VERY impressive, man!

  • Awesome lifting m8, '235 body weight All Natural lifting that much' most peep would say your not but i hope you are as it gives me some thing to aim for.

  • not locking out every rep puts more stress on the chest...its not easier, so every one counts

  • Why mention your 17 reps on this video? I don't lockout by about 2 inches, watch the bar in reference to the pegs. My biceps make it look like it is less than it really is, so I guess I must be cheating then. I also suppose my 495 rep doesn't count.

  • I mentioned my reps because I was making reference to the fact that at least I lock out when I do each them. You know as well as I do that *Not* locking out on all of those would decrease the total by probably a good five reps or more. That's why I mention it.

But I watched your other vid just now and yeah, that does count because it was full range and it looked like you locked it out.

I'm not bashing weight here, hell you max 195 lbs more than I do. I just didn't count the no-lock reps.

  • not locking would increase amount of reps. each rep when throwing weight upwards and then not locking but going down fast lets the tension be removed from chest for a second as weight goes down slower than arms. now, bounce of chest and that will add reps too. pause and lock out. see how many you do.

  • Agreed, that's actually what I meant to say, but for some stupid reason I put decrease instead of increase. But yeah, you said what I was meaning to say. Anyway, that's how I bench.

  • weight lifting standards and regulated by powerlifting bylaws... a rep includes a lock out in powerlifting...

  • Wow, great power!
