Just received mine this morning and its great.... better than the janty stick as the battery is bigger. Using it with a LR 510 atomiser and its just rocks :)

The bartelby is a Box-mod using a 14500 bat with a home etched PCB Cybervex does wonders with these thing its my go to now im actually talking to him right now about ordering another. the Janty stick is similar but uses a different PCB and different battery different switch different housing hell everything is different. (although the same concept)
Not a bad review review, but you should have mentioned the built in charger and with the proper USB cable (not included) you also have a pseudo-passthrough that keeps the batteries constantly topped off.
Best bang for your buck for sure.
