@Brigglz The song is in A and so is the harp. It's not like a bluesharp where you play in so called cross position, playing a D-harp for the key of A and sucking the notes. It's called straight playing and you do blow the holes mostly

I have listened to this song in every version I know of ... and I JUST learned a line in the song. Not sure what I sang during that part for all these years, but it sure wasn't......"And I hid the speed inside my shoes." 3 generations of my family have enjoyed their masterful work and kept it alive be it, Dead Flowers (dealing with shooting up) to Otis Redding's That's How Strong My Love is... they are real, they have LIVED these songs and I am so glad they I have them! Love this but i don't know why they still sing this .. It represent a old time , drug's period , addicion etc .. They don't use heroin or cocaine anymore . They should stop sing song like this or torn and frayed or sister morphine . Anyway they are still the best band in the world !

@fondofrory because it's still amazing music that fans love to hear. Great music is compelling stories...these stories are what made the Stones what they are. It's preposterous to suggest they don't do them anymore because the got past their issues. In fact, I can't think of many ways to remind yourself of those pitfalls than to tell those stories from time to time so you never forget where you have been.
