Mules are the greatest mothers, by look and they're mothering instinct's.
You put mainly Suffolk rams right?
I saw a texel lamb there too@ 2:30 I know that English farmers combine Texel, Charollais and Suffolk to mate their mules, what i want to know is which race is dominant? Is it Suffolk?
oh, i thought that they now can lamb in autum and spring, as last year in about august their is a feild of sheep near me and they all had baby lambs, and they have just lambed again with the same ewes in their.
Haha thats funny, hey im happy i can get 130$ for spring lambs out here. but the wool bis i havnt even started with that, i thought i would push dairy cattle aside and horses and keep an eye on sheep im making a killing. see out there everything has gone to shit, just face your losses and move to canada! jk
I kind of laughed at this one...In america..we dont see this...especially a flock of sheep going down the road. Kind of funny the biker had to turn around and wait for them to pass. They are noisy critters!
dats so cool.. dont av ne sheep at home, i jus luv de baby lambs thou.. help my neighbour that has sheep bottle feed them sum times!!! how much do u get 4 de wool den??
its such a disgrace the price of wool and in ireland americans r payin from €60-€90 for jumper.. its a joke.. u wud make a lot of wooly jumpers 4m 1 fleece im guessin!!! 1kg of wool is a lot.. but sure farmers are the only ppl that pay retail 4 raw materials n sell products at wholsale = minus profit!! if we were gettin a fair amount for our produce we'd b able to live n work happily and afford sum luxurys like every1 else!!! wait till ther is a food shortage they'll b on their knees then!!
crazy how the price of wall, my cousins farm almost went bust 2 years ago so they sold all there sheep, so now they dont have any herds of animals they are just a arable farm.
Normally the roads dept cut the verges but seem to have forgotten this year. Don't clip or roll ! I escaped to the milking parlor while they were clipping & sweating in very hot temps
we let cows eat the road side here the concil just rides frew and harly cuts out the milking cows used 2 keepit down but theve gon no so we let 5 or 6 old cows out now and agin free grazing lol

Very interesting. Music perfect. Too bad about the wool prices -- wool really is the best fabric.

Thanks. The fleeces made £1.80 last year or about $3.50 US
So after deducting shearing costs and transport to the warehouse there is not much left!
