Though the pace car is in fault for crossing the line this way, the bmw driver is in fault too: under the yellow flag you shall slow down and be careful, since anyway overtaking is forbidden. And I'm pretty sure all drivers have radio were they were warned about the race being stopped. A pace car from the pits can be expected ...

@Citizenkill Touring car drivers always crash into each other. In F1 the cars are far more expensive (£20,000 on average just for the steering wheel) and more delicate. And because of the DRS and KERS they dont need to work to overtake, If their within 1 second of the car ahead they can overtake boringly without effort. Long story short; F1 is boring due to DRS. :D
