Umm...girls? This is music, not fashion school. Does anyone really give a flying f%^$ where Matthew tips the scale? He sings like an angel, rocks like a devil--who could want more? And writes like a mofo. Nice combo of voices on this tune, keep the good work up...

Matthew is such a great musician and person...he greeted fans backstage in Dallas (Curtin Club) and was so gracious and kind! I just love him always!

After a Matthew Sweet concert I went to, the fans who waited around all got a turn to go onto his tour bus to meet him, and it's probably the same after all his concerts. I found him to be very appreciate, nice, down-to-earth person. I've been a fan of his since Girlfriend and will always think the world of him.

Sweet (no pun intended)! I was at this show. Susanna Hoffs, wow. Matthew Sweet, as great as ever. Who cares if he's put on a few pounds?

He did not simply gain weight. There is something very wrong with Matthew. Maybe a thyroid problem, booze; I hope to God he does not stay like this. I'm guessing he has put off the record for 3 years cuz of how he looks.

I dunno about 'unlikely' shooshinboots. Mathew's powerpop and Suzanna's jingly history perfectly compliment. Plus they were almost certainly mates from way back...
