But the notion of this maqam is not wright.
The scale is: g - a sharp - low b - c - d - low e (or e sharp) - f sharp (or f natural) g.
So in the first part (till 1.30) It should not be a b flat all the time, but a a sharp (as a leading ton for the low b).
Ar 2.05 the note should be e sharp en not f natural. Here the e sharp is the leadingtone for the f sharp.

It's a ney (Turkish endblown flute) - they come in a range of sizes, this is the "kiz ney" ("girl flute"), one of the commonest types.
They are VERY difficult to play - I play Western-type transverse flutes and can't get a tweet out of one.
My favourite ney player was Niyazi Sayin (dead now, I think).
