  • thanks for posting. @ utueworms its a folding stand because the legs fold together once you take out the upright post from the base you can store it / put it in the car. Yes its very basic for folding, but for the great price oh well.

    This stand is not foldable. The higher modell PCS-10 is foldable,but this not.

    I checked in in the store before I bought it. You can imagine yourself I would have never bought a wobbly repair stand.

    So no - the Park Tool PCS-9 is a solid, stable bike repair stand.

    I hope to upload a video of myself using the PCS-9 one day soon! :-)
