  • The best pure wrestler ever.

  • The Chicago Bulls who?

  • Hooray Steamboat. Also, fuck the Bulls.

  • RCAS 79 is right! My buddy has an original VHS copy of wrestlemania III & heads towards the ring w/ this music.

  • @bleu0632 - I remember Steamboat coming out to this music about maybe 3-6 months before WrestleMania III. This was great music then...and now.

  • It's "Sirius" by Alan Parsons Project.

  • Steamboat still looks the same just with gray hair. I'd still tap that ;)

Jokes aside though, he is truely one of the greatest EVER!

  • Ricky Steamboat > Ric Flair

  • This is the intro part to the Alan Parson's Project song "Eye In The Sky"

  • @ELOfan1982 I thought that the name of this song was called "Siren"?

  • This IS the one he had at Wrestlemania III

  • ricky reminds me liu kang from mortal kombat

  • Where can I find the one he had at Wrestlemania 3 & 4?

  • MICHAEL JORDAN!!!!

  • Howard "the fink" Finkle... " RICKY THE DRAGONNNNNNNN STEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMBOAT!!!!"

  • Alan Parson's Project

  • Liu Kang son

  • The Dragon used this theme during his 80s WWE run. Most notably in his WM3 match against Macho Man Randy Savage. Also used by the Chicago Bulls during their championship years.

    Sent from MyU2B

  • Want to see something fun? Look up "Pink Project".

  • @EnviousDominous Dude, you're right! Crazy! *thumb up*

  • @orbitzdaodd Funny, he reminded me more of Liu Kang.

  • dont remember him ever using this :|

  • WAIT A MINUTE RICKY USED THIS!? I THOUGHT HE USED THE OTHER JOINT!

  • @orbitzdaodd Bruce Lee isn't dead...he just changed his name to Richard Blood ;)

  • hehe, didn't the weather channel also use this song for a while for their tornado specials?

  • This is "Eye In The Sky" - Alan Parsons Project without the lyrics. Can't say I noticed before!

  • @JayDawgWrestling Umm, no. This is Sirius, named after the closest star to our solar system. Eye in the sky didn't sound anything like this, this doesn't have lyrics.

  • @EnviousDominous - It sounds like the intro repeated. Frustratingly youtube won't allow my to link the evidence.

  • Nothing says a wrester's entrance than something that sounds like theme to a 1980's action movie by John Carpenter.

  • Ladies and Gentlemen, Your Chicago Bulls!

  • nba 2k11?

  • This guy was the original hbk imo.It was so cool seeing them hug at the end of hbks match with taker. It was like the high flyer of the 80's paying respect to the high flyer of the 90's.Epic moment right there.

  • I kinda think the SDvsRaw 2011 theme suits him more because of the Dragon sound effects but this one is cool and catchy:)I just dont think that theme he has in All-stars and 2011 was around in his day thats the problem because I cant decide between the two on witch one to give him.

  • sounds like a song from blood sport the movie

  • I've never got to see this guy wrestle because I was way too young to remember seeing him in the WWF. But was this guy's gimmick supposed to be like a Bruce Lee type character? He sure looks like it. Plus his name "The Dragon" which was the name of a movie that starred Bruce Lee.

  • all the Ricky's theme were cool. I even liked the dubbed theme.

  • @Fanik8 what is the name of the dubbed theme, can't find it on youtube

  • @TrueFatherAllah I have no idea but unless I know, it's not on YouTube anymore.

  • I like the one that is one SVR 2011 better.

  • Ladies and Gentlemen, meet Jackie Chan!!

  • and now introducing.......THE CHICAGO BULLS!

  • Ray Clay: AAAAAAAAAAAAAANND NOW!! The starting line-up.....for YOUR WORLD CHAMPION...CHICAGO BUUULLLSSSS!!!!. At forward, from Clemson, 6'10" HORAAAACE GRRRANT!!!.....The 6'7" forward from Central Arkansas...SCOTTIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEUUUUUHH PIPPEN!!!.....The man in the middle, from San Franscisco, 7'1", Bill CARTWRIGHT!!!....The 6'2" guard from Notre Dame, John PAXSON!!....And from North..CAROLINA...AT GUARD...6'6"...MICHAELLLLLL JORDAAAAANNN!!! **EPIC CROWD POP**

  • Ricky was one of my favorites from WWF but this song is called "Eye in the Sky" -Alan Parsons Project. Made insanely famous here in Chicago while his "Airness", Micheal Jordan played for Da Bulls!

    Check it out!

    watch?v=Zn6kiimEsYc&NR=1

  • @TiMMYSQUibbLES actually, this part is called Sirius...it bled into Eye In The Sky at the end of it

  • rocky steamboat was the jacky chan of wwf from 1970 to 95 or earlyier

  • awesome gonna use this theme for him in svr 2011

  • @darnellace yep me to

  • He's such a well built superstar

  • the bulls stole this theme! ricky steamboat used this theme at wrestlemania 3 against randy savage in 1987. that was way before the chicago bullshits started using it

  • @rcas79 Your right Steamboat used it first but honestly I had no problem with the Bulls taking it

  • @rcas79 - I'm from Chicago...the Bulls were using this theme before Steamboat started using it. Sorry you're jealous of the team of the 90's, but the spotlight introductions we're all familiar with in today's pro/college basketball world were made world famous at the old Madhouse on Madison...the Chicago Stadium!!!!!!

  • @hsnterprize Steamboat was using this in the '80s.The Bulls didn't start using this until the 1990's.

  • @LiveforChrist999 - With all due respect...the Bulls were using this theme music in the late 80's (I think either 1987 or '88). I'm from Chicago, and I remember going to the old Chicago Stadium to see the Bulls play. The building used to be so loud when Michael Jordan came out that you could even hear the music or the P.A. announcer.

Now that I think about it, I think Steamboat did use this music first. But the Chicago Bulls, like them or not, are forever associated with this theme.

  • @rcas79 I'm from Chicago and I agree!!!

  • @rcas79 Who said we didn't steal the damn theme?

  • @orbitzdaodd yeah, me too!

  • introducing bruce le- wtf? i meen ricky the dragoooonnnnn steeeeeaaaammm boooaaatttt

  • At Forward... From Central Arkansas... 6'7" Scottie Pippen!!!!!

A 6'6" Forward... From Southeast.. Ooooooooklahoma State... Dennis Rodman!!!!

The man, in the middle... from New Mexico.... Luc Longley!!!!!

A 6'6 Guard... From Miami Ohio... Ron Harper!!!!

From North Carolina... at Guard... 6'6" Michael Jordan!!!!

The head coach of the Bulls is Phil Jackson!

  • @cibatuffs Ahhahahahahahah LUV VIT.......

  • @Gorrrillla5 Indeed I am sir

  • Ricky Steamboat is one of the legends of this business. He and Tito Santana are the only 2 wrestlers that I know have always remained face and never turned heel... his entrance theme definitely comes in my top three after Undertaker's 2nd WWF Theme and Mr.Perfect's theme...

  • @owaisinus Bruno Sammartino, not sure he ever worked as a bad guy. (he was before my time though, so I'm just going by what I've read)

  • This would have been great intro to the warriors movie.

  • Allow me to demonstrate the awesome lethality of the Alan Parsons Project!

  • @orbitzdaodd I almost wanna say that's what WWE was going for with Ricky

  • Boy did Vince miss the opportunity to do Savage vs Steamboat 2.

  • I think of a Nintendo game when I hear this song. Not a good song, but a great wrestler!!

  • @MichaelBradfordPoet

Actually he was excellent in the ring. One of the best the WWe has had in so long. RVD and X-Pac shoud take notes from this guy's moves in the ring.

  • Meh it's not that great. It's so repetetive it gets boring. Mr Perfects theme is way better.

  • It pissed me off when i herad the chicago bulls using this song, back in tha day!!. Its Ricky tha dragons song!!!.lol.

  • Ricky Steamboat was the man, that guy could outwrestle anybody back in the day. Hell at his age now, he can outwork half of the roster.

Sucks Vince had to be a dick and bring him back in 1991 with that stupid Dragon gimmick. Just let him be Ricky Steamboat without wearing that dumb outfit.

  • one of the best themes if i heard it i would be like yep, gonna get my booty beat

  • Ricky the Dragon had this theme first in the mid 80's before the Bulls in the late 80's into the 90's..

  • This is and always has been Ricky Steamboat's theme that other crap belonged to the Ultimo Dragon when he was there in WWE the other crao he used when he wrestled Chris Jericho at Wrestlemania 25

  • is this Micheal Jordan theme when he played with the bulls?

  • @supermanXL This was the same piece of music the Chicago Bulls used when intoducing their players during their championship years.Jordan-Pippen-etc...

  • sorry the name of this song is "eye in the sky" from alans parsons project this is without lyrics

  • This is, in my opinion, the greatest intro music of any wrestler... EVER!

He would come running through the crowd, high-fives a blazin', and everyone would go nuts.

He vaulted this Alan Parsons Project song into awesomeness.

  • @PlacentaPudding Youre right. It still gives me chills like it did 23 years ago.

  • I just rewatched Wrestlemania III yesterday...his match with 'Macho Man' Randy Savage is still one of the best Wrestlemania matches (and one of the best matches period) of all time. Just an unbelieveable match.

  • @Mordred5478 Absolutely agree. The match of Macho and the Steamer is the best that I have seen, the moves and sync of the action is really good and the psych out stuff was great. A shane that Steamer left WWF shortly after (I don't know why) but Honky got the IC belt and held it for years.

  • The last theme they used for him was o.k., but it was just the Ultimo Dragon's old theme from when he was in the WWE. Steaboat never really had classic theme's and he didn't need 2 cause once he got in the ring he was one of the best EVER

  • well surely it would be his Dragons theme 1st seeing as he was before Ultimo in the wwf

  • U would think, but unfortunetly no. Steamboat never used the theme he used at Wrestlemania XXVI until then. It was first recorded for the Ultimo Dragon

  • ah well i stopped wathcing wwe ages ago before then

what was his theme back in the day then??

  • This song u r listening to was his original. It is called Sirious from the Allen Parsons project. If u look u can find his theme from WCW here also and his theme from when he came back 2 WWE spitting fire in the early 90's

  • Sirius by Alan Parsons Project

  • And Now intrudcing for your chicago bull at 6'6" from the university of North Carolina

    Michael JOOOORRRDAN!!!

  • @joeisrael11 This is the Chicago Bulls theme

  • @willfucker I was reffering to the current WWE theme he was using was the one they provided ultimo dragon in his brief wwe run

  • @joeisrael11 Steamboat better than Jordan

  • @joeisrael11 what?

  • @joeisrael11 Using the Fink's voice: And from Hawaii, weighing in at 235lbs pounds, the Intercontinental Heavyweight Champion, Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat!

  • @joeisrael11 seen on nba 2k11 LOL!!!!

  • @joeisrael11 i agree lol

  • @joeisrael11 Almost, I usually wouldn't trip, but its Jordan.....so it goes like this......Ray Clay: "and Fruhhhmm North...Carolina, at guard, six-six.....Michaaaael Jooorrrdan!!!!! but you get the idea.....

  • This theme is also used for the intro to the Chicago Bulls and has been for them since the 90's when they won thier 6 NBA titles.

  • Don't forget Liu Kang

  • This sounds like a really good replacement intro for The Warriors

  • ohh okay the 1 he used agianst jerhico sounded familer like ultimo dragon"s WWE theme

  • Ultimo Dragon was cool.

  • it was ultimo's theme

  • Is this his real theme or is the 1 he used 2 fight jerhico at backlash the real theme?
