As I see it...Only The Guru KNOWS what is in the heart of each performer and witness, and their own INNER Experience will be their reality. Goddess Kundalini KNOWS where we each are on our looooong journey home.
Anyway, who knows..perhaps years from now someone exposed, even at this "course" level, may benifit from it. "See God in ALL COLORS." That being said... those who grasp the power of this most sacred chant DO honor it and are wise to treat it with great reverence. Namaste
Does anybody know where this cartoon-like performance was videotaped? I guess it is good in a sense that the extremely advanced sentiments of Hindu mysticism are able to penetrate to the incredibly dense and coarse mentality shown by the people here.
As a practicing Hindu I am very offended by this video and the way this sacred hymn of India is being played. It is a mockery! Terrible music and very very offensive.
Take less time in life to be so offended. Let people express their worship as it pleases them. You do it the right way, since you seem to know it so well. Namaste.

I don't see anything wrong - it is a devotional expression and a gift.
