i agree that there butts need to be seated, there job is law making being told ect... they needed to be seated or booted.

Did the investigation actually interview one of the representatives? My guess is these "double" votes are actually pre-arranged between the reps, which would make this much less interesting. Unless their House requires members to be physically present to vote, this just isn't a big deal.
