  • Well done ! I used a fat burner pill for my transformation video. Yes I know its the easy way out but it worked and I'm happy :) Do you supplement with anything? Thanks

  • Slim and jelly or slim and tight...that's the difference;)

  • AAH i am so excited for my transformation. I am in week 2 of insanity...

  • @yazyh ahh thats great!! keep going, you're going to look amazing!! :) i ordered mine & they said it shipped 2 days ago, so it should be here either today or tomorrow, i can't wait!! :D

  • Hi!!!!!!!! thats awesome result. I have a 4 week transformation on my channel if you get a chance to watch it. Keep it up!! :)

  • I am slim and I plan to do it to get into better cardio shape for doing triathlons.

  • damn she sucks at acting

  • did you change your eating habits a lot too? or just pretty much do the work outs?

  • Slim people do this because even some slip people have muffin tops lol

  • @nicolasan77 exacly! haha

  • Congrats on your slim look. I hope to achieve that same result.

  • @maryloveskawaii The answer is simple being slim does"not" mean you are fit, i have always been a skinny guy, i'm my younger years i used to do about 4 miles on mountain bike in mountains, not hills and able to play 2 soccer matches, now my resistance is down to almost zero, i'm totally out of shape, i jog 4 blocks and start running out of air. There are millions of "slim" fat people, because what they have is actually fat not muscle.

  • awesome and congrats on your weightloss! i did one month and got amazing results, i start all over tomorrow and im tracking everything, check out my channel :)

  • because even "slim" people look better when it's over

  • awesome

  • youtube marketing means you blow and should get a job

  • You rock

  • she did that entire program off the dinky ass tv?

  • Do you have a diet plan as well?

  • @much2sincere The workout dvds come with a diet plan for you.

  • Awesome results! I love what Insanity does for my legs and butt lol!!! My fave workout evah!!!

  • thats it. I'm buying it.

  • I really don't get what you're asking. Maybe if you rephrase your question? I (personally) use this workout to build strength and increase energy. Some have a fast metabolism like I do. Who knows if that may change due to age, but just getting started regardless is a good way to stay fit and possibly ward off anxiety or illness. Just want to put this out there because whenever I talk about going to the gym and getting in shape I always get the same response over again.

  • Hi! so i rencently came across the videos, free online and have been doing the insanity workout for two days now, I have your body type (before) and im trying to get to how you look now... Did you change your eating habbits too? I dont have much good food n the house but i stopped drinking soda and I am drinking soo much water now so i feel like that will make a difference. You look great and this video will really help me. 60 days seems like forever but its not, and the results will proove it!

  • @christeezystars could you inbox me the link, because i want to do this, i just don't have the money :/

  • could you tell me how long it lasts this workout programm????

  • which one is better, this or p90x?

  • @destined2Bfamous1 I lost 35 lbs. on P90X. I stopped for a little while. I have just purchased Insanity for a change. I did the fit test. Needs improvement, but I am commited to finish. To answer your question, I will tell at the end of 60 days. If you have equipment such as dumbells, pull-up bar, P90X is good. No equipment Insanity is good. Later.

  • 0:44 doing P90x on a 10" CRT, doing an eye workout aswell lol!.

  • Awesome results.

  • omg she can take her pants off without unbuttoning them.....thats amazing

  • You look great!!! My area is my thighs so far after one month I've already lost two dress sizes. It's fantastic! And yea you do have to be in somewhat good shape to do insanity.

  • cmon people it`s a fake

  • @laska300 Nope.

  • I just purchased my program. Any advice for exercising during the monthly red cycle of death?

  • i don't get why slim people do this?

  • @maryloveskawaii Because people that are severely obese have no chance in hell keeping up. Trust me. There are people out there like myself that are like 10-15 pounds overweight and this seems to be a great way to lose it. : )

  • @lovetodance that's a lie, I started off more than 100 pounds over weight and kept up just fine and have phenomenal results to prove it. It's about your will power not about how much you weigh. Just because you're slim doesn't mean you can keep up and just because you're overweight doesn't mean you won't.

  • @KayBail91 Every person I have spoken to that has a significant amount of weight to lose has quit in the 1st week. Guess that doesn't pertain to everyone. Congrats on your success!

  • @maryloveskawaii To get RIPPED!

  • @maryloveskawaii Being slim is not the same thing as being fit.

  • @DaddyTwoFoot VERY true.

  • @maryloveskawaii To get definitiion on their body. My friend was slim but she had no shape or definition and after Insanity she now has curves.

  • @maryloveskawaii

Because it increases your fitness, it's not rocket science.

  • @maryloveskawaii well for people who are slim and after having a child sure you slim down but you want that kangaroo pouch gone, for people who are slim already and had no kids they want that tone and definition(sp?) It's all about personal preferance.

    ThinkBig221 you look amazing.

  • @maryloveskawaii this is not only to lose weight but gain health...

  • @maryloveskawaii cuz even though theyre slim doesnt mean theyre in shape retard

  • @maryloveskawaii Maybe because we want to be healthier?

  • @maryloveskawaii Because not slim people won't?

  • @maryloveskawaii two words.... SKINNY-FAT.

  • @maryloveskawaii Because some people want to be ripped and have definition..

  • @maryloveskawaii to tone up

  • @maryloveskawaii even if you are slim you still gain lean mass muscle...

  • @maryloveskawaii this workout is for people who workout regularly. Its not for beginners! So most people giving results will be slimmer in their before pictures and more toned and muscular in the after pictures.

  • @maryloveskawaii "slim" isn't the same as "fit"

  • @maryloveskawaii - That's almost as annoying as people saying, "Why do you exercise? You're not even fat." >.<

  • @maryloveskawaii Just being slim, doesn't mean you are in shape. Lots of slim people do insanity, and at the end if they make it, they come out in MUCH better condition.

  • @maryloveskawaii Just cause your skinny does not mean you are fit, skinny people do it to get fit.

  • @maryloveskawaii to get fit, in shape and to be healthy? do you have to be fat to work out?

  • Comment removed

  • @maryloveskawaii they are used to working out and having their body look a certain way then as they age or have kids, they get busy and don't work out or can't achieve the results they did when they were younger

  • because they want to stay slim!! :)

  • @maryloveskawaii studies show that a what looks to be "skinny" person that stays on their butt will have shorter lives and worser health that a chubbier person that works out. Everyone should work out!

  • @maryloveskawaii to be an even better version of who they are

  • @maryloveskawaii to be strong, healthy, to have some muscles and why not a six pack!? ;)

  • is that how any pounds your suppose to lose? or does it suppose to be way more?

  • Only 12 pounds! That sucks

  • Comment removed

  • @wisegal88

It does not make sense for her to lose more than that. She already had a slim figure so obviously she didn't need to lose like 30/20 pounds.

  • did u change ur eating habits that much? i heard it makes you eat more at meal since u burn off soo many calories? is that true?

  • theres no way she could have gotten cut like that on cardio alone...i feel like she probably weight trained as well

  • @rantazz23 She may well have. But I think the cardio in Insanity includes some strength training, but it's focused on using your own body weight rather than weights. So your muscles are getting stronger while you're doing cardio. If that makes sense. I haven't tried Insanity yet but that's how I understand it to work.

  • @rantazz23 she probably had muscle underneath because she said she was a gym rat. but if she trained also, that's good too.

  • FAKE,TRUST ME

  • @WhiteMoonLights Insanity works but jajaja she looks fake XD

  • HOT DAMN!!! I'M MOTIVATED!!

  • trap stamp

  • does anyone i can get the guides i bought the program on ebay and didnt recieve the guides :( want to start soon. please anyone?

    \

  • @Wendy14ish google "insanity calendar" and the image of the calendar should come up. that way you'll know which dvd to do and when to do it.

as far as meal plan... go to the website and ask other members or get a coach on that site. you should be able to get some good info there. but, just to give ya some basic info... meal plan consists of at least 5 meals a day (eat every 3 hrs or so) and 300-500 calories per meal based on your weight. and it's something like 40% carbs 40% protein 10% fat.

  • yeah but....u have no boobs or butt...i dont want mine to disappear :( just my tummy! LOL

  • I'm on like week 4 crazy crazy stuff!

  • Had you been doing any other sort of training prior or did you just jump right in?

  • just ordered mine. fuckin pumped up!

  • @ashstick101 Mine arrives today at 2pm! Good luck! :D

  • awesome!. i start tomorrow... fuck yeah!!!

  • Amazing! I can't wait to try this after I have my baby!

  • Nice job! Awesome work....

  • You look fantastic! So it took you just the 60 days to lose it? What diet did you follow? I am about the size you were before you started Insanity so I'm just wondering what kind of results I can get too.

  • How many kids do you have? Did you get big w/the pregnancy? I'm only in my first month of Insanity and I'm just wondering if its realistic for me to hope for results like yours.

  • @Valerieabear : Hi Valerie, I have been doing these types of workouts for about a year and a half. I had 30 pounds to lose after my pregnancy though, not just 12. I have lost the 30 and some days don't even recognize my stomach! Yea, it takes time but if you stick with it and push yourself each time then trust me you will get results. These workouts work! - much better though if you incorporate heavy weight training as well as this will really speed things along. Good luch
