@maryloveskawaii The answer is simple being slim does"not" mean you are fit, i have always been a skinny guy, i'm my younger years i used to do about 4 miles on mountain bike in mountains, not hills and able to play 2 soccer matches, now my resistance is down to almost zero, i'm totally out of shape, i jog 4 blocks and start running out of air. There are millions of "slim" fat people, because what they have is actually fat not muscle.

Did you change your eating habbits too? I dont have much good food n the house but i stopped drinking soda and I am drinking soo much water now so i feel like that will make a difference. You look great and this video will really help me. 60 days seems like forever but its not, and the results will proove it!
@destined2Bfamous1 I lost 35 lbs. on P90X. I stopped for a little while. I have just purchased Insanity for a change. I did the fit test. Needs improvement, but I am commited to finish. To answer your question, I will tell at the end of 60 days. If you have equipment such as dumbells, pull-up bar, P90X is good. No equipment Insanity is good. Later.

@maryloveskawaii Because people that are severely obese have no chance in hell keeping up. Trust me. There are people out there like myself that are like 10-15 pounds overweight and this seems to be a great way to lose it. : )
@lovetodance that's a lie, I started off more than 100 pounds over weight and kept up just fine and have phenomenal results to prove it. It's about your will power not about how much you weigh. Just because you're slim doesn't mean you can keep up and just because you're overweight doesn't mean you won't.

@maryloveskawaii well for people who are slim and after having a child sure you slim down but you want that kangaroo pouch gone, for people who are slim already and had no kids they want that tone and definition(sp?) It's all about personal preferance.
@maryloveskawaii this workout is for people who workout regularly. Its not for beginners! So most people giving results will be slimmer in their before pictures and more toned and muscular in the after pictures.

@rantazz23 She may well have. But I think the cardio in Insanity includes some strength training, but it's focused on using your own body weight rather than weights. So your muscles are getting stronger while you're doing cardio. If that makes sense. I haven't tried Insanity yet but that's how I understand it to work.

as far as meal plan... go to the website and ask other members or get a coach on that site. you should be able to get some good info there. but, just to give ya some basic info... meal plan consists of at least 5 meals a day (eat every 3 hrs or so) and 300-500 calories per meal based on your weight. and it's something like 40% carbs 40% protein 10% fat.
You look fantastic! So it took you just the 60 days to lose it? What diet did you follow? I am about the size you were before you started Insanity so I'm just wondering what kind of results I can get too.
How many kids do you have? Did you get big w/the pregnancy? I'm only in my first month of Insanity and I'm just wondering if its realistic for me to hope for results like yours.
@Valerieabear : Hi Valerie, I have been doing these types of workouts for about a year and a half. I had 30 pounds to lose after my pregnancy though, not just 12. I have lost the 30 and some days don't even recognize my stomach! Yea, it takes time but if you stick with it and push yourself each time then trust me you will get results. These workouts work! - much better though if you incorporate heavy weight training as well as this will really speed things along. Good luch
