Lmao he says to use light weights. There is no way you will be able to put on muscle mass if you continue to do only light weights. Karan you only take protein shake haha you forgot to include testosterone ( steroids) which you have consume .. hotuh i like your steroid physique

@rkrdaniyal May be u are a little wrong. Light weights and increased reps Do most of the work. and steroids start showing negative affects after a short time. Search Ytube for some vids and then u'll realize
