Nice car! I had an 81 with hotchkiss lowering, camaro rims and unforunately a soon after bought blown olds rocket 350 (don't know why a rocket was in it)!! I miss that ride!! She's a beauty!!

i really cant answer that question about how long but it wasnt a super easy bolt on or anything there were fitment issues/ complications.

Unlimited Products makes a ton of fiberglass components for these cars (and many others), although I don't know if they would have exactly what this guy has. I've purchased a cowl induction hood for both a '79 Malibu & '69 Camaro over the years & they fit perfect with no fitting needed. From what I remeber, you can get fiberglass hoods, fenders, inner fenders, decklids, & bumpers for the Malibu's.
