Ok, I can almost see what you're saying. The problem is that Henderson's arm wasn't stuck in place, he was holding it up by himself. If Rua punched his arm, it would've just knocked Henderson's arm away because there would be no leverage working against his elbow.

Funny this was a PRIDE fight that alot of people wanted to see back in the hayday of PRIDE myself included. Nobody thought it would happen. When it got announced in the UFC I was VERY happy. It turns out even TODAY these two guy can still put on a hell of a fight. Amazing fight. It was all around a great card. I got to see my personal hero win a fight in the co main event only for this fight to follow? Happy I shelled out the money for the PPV.

The thing about that is, technique and speed generate more force than brute strength. That is why GSP's superman punch was recorded by the Fight Science team as more powerful than many larger, stronger guys.
