Poor explanation of DNS Cache. Flushing your DNS cache has nothing to do with affecting any server a site is on. All it clears is the locally resolved namespaces to their IP's. It's more likely your ISP renewed you to a new IP.

I think its because I connected to a network in another town and then got back to my network in my home. Is that the cause this things happen?
