IIRC I was using HP = 100%, Full EX Gague, After Summon, Close to Enemy, Lvl = 100, Lvl Divisible by 5, and Level Divisible by 4. (I forget if those are the exact names but you get the idea). My other three slots were two Muscle Belts and a Champion Belt. Basically, this setup lets me do ridiculous brave damage.
