  • Good video. I rented the full 59-minute video for the $4.99 price.

    However, I was dismayed to discover that the purchased video is NOT downloadable, but the free videos are. I see one of two solutions: 1) either make that paid version downloadable; or 2) disclose to prospective customers that the paid version is not downloadable.
