I had to go to your site to see this I was checking to see how old you were cause I thought you were actually younger then you actually are. I thought you were about 26. Also, you can tell how much your husband loves you. You can see it in his smile and in his eyes look for your self. =)

So great to hear from you, glad to see we're still sharing the same planet! hehe And yes, got married in Cancun and visited the mayan ruins in Chichen Itza but man it was hot to hell there!! LOL Keep in touch will ya and tell me how the WLS is working out for ya?? I hit a all time 5 months plateau and I thought it was over for me till recently, lost 6lbs in 2 weeks and dropped 2 more last week but sheeeeeeesh talk about frustration!!!!

ello! I am a pre-op for wls .. just stumbled upon your channel and I am glad I did.. What a fantastic video! You are beautiful woman and that is so sweet you made a vid dedicated to your hubby. Your transformation has been amazing and you definitely have that inner glow now. It would be great to see how you are progressing now but I totally understand about the camera shy thing. I think I make too many funny faces lol

I have quite a few recipes with low fat/low sugar substitutions--and some that are just naturally diet-friendly. I do have a great interest in fitness and wellness; however, as you can tell by my chosen recipes, there is nothing off limits--just small portions for me--and I know that not everyone wants things to be diet food. It's nice to know what you're looking for--That may influence the way I put together some of my meals. Thanks for writing!

Selena, thank you! I had open gastric as well and at times it's not easy but hang in there hun,just make sure the doc knows you're sick and make sure it's normal. 41 lbs is great!! but just the beginning, I promise you that,anytime you need/want to talk about this i'm here for ya!! xxx

3:38... You are absolutely beautiful My surgery is May 12th, in 8 days... I am so scared, but I am close to 400 pounds... and I am not happy with who I have become... Hi Kristy,yes we are surgerversary sisters but you're ahead in the game tho lol,i've been battling 5-7 lbs for months now.they keep coming ON/OFF/ON/OFF driving me nuts!!It's really odd,i'll gain 3-4 lbs like in 2 days and lose 7 lbs in 4 days and it's a cycle.I'm doing everything right but i'm unable to find a bariatric surgeon that'll follow up with me here since i've moved to TN so i'm not really sure about the cause.But i'm not really complaining,i'm still better off than I was! thanks hun.
