I made this and it was really good. The first time baked it at 350 degrees like it said to, but the outside burnt and the middle was raw. I baked it again at 200 degrees and it came out fine. I also added a little more sugar and a little less chocolate chips. It says to use a metal pan but I used a glass one the second time around and like I said it worked.

A good thing to do with the bananas, Is freeze the bananas until rock hard, then thaw them out. The resulting mush will be the perfect consistency for the bread.
