  • Living in Illinois an hour away from Chicago makes this CD 1000 times better

  • homosexual sex. His boyfriend fucked him.

the predatory wasp on the length of his arm is a hard dick... and the terrible sting is the penetration which caused a strong feeling of pain, the terrible storm...

These metaphors are hilarious and stupid. But anyway, the song has a perfect melody.

  • I like turtles

  • planet earth at it's best

  • Thankyou to my sister for introducing me to Sufjan Stevens! :D

  • this is the sound of lifes beautiful moments

  • Every lyric has its own beauty and delicacy. It's like a fine wine on a summer's day. I adore this song.

  • all i can say about this song; I Love It

  • it takes me

  • zero dislikes for this song. can i thumbs-up that? this song steals my heart every time i hear it. it reminds me of everything good in life, everything fresh and innocent and curious. i dont know the lyrics, so i dont know how they would fit with my emotions about this song, but, really, i dont think i would care either way. beautiful song, talented artist and a good breakthrough-ish feel overall.

  • Fascinating Artist. There is nothing quite like him out there.

  • I just discovered Sufjan a few weeks ago, and I am in love. Just...wow.

  • Thank you youtube people who are choosing to listen to amazing music.. that brings me hope. I am constantly surrounded by friends and people who would criticize me for listening to such great music. I have to keep it secret, I want to scream sufjan songs from my rooftop its so great!

  • @MrBojengles824 I think that what @Elfloss824 is trying to say is that you don't need to be religious to enjoy this song and some of Sufjan's songs may feel like he's relating them to religion.

  • 2:11 is my favorite part

  • where can i buy his album

  • I can tell you, i love him each day

  • I think it'd be amazing if my school's band and orchestra got together to play this song(: Maybe the choir too xD

  • I don't know why, but this song never fails to bring me to tears. It's one of the most beautifully written and crafted songs I have ever heard, and is my favourite Sufjan song to date. I'm not a Christian, so me adoring this song - and many of his others - is proof that his music reaches out just as he intends it to - not only to those who are religious but to anyone who can appreciate his unique and incredible song-writing talents.

  • @Elfloss82 Yeah, I obviously found it quite a bit later than you did. But that's pretty much what I was thinking. "It's sounds so religious! I love it so much anyway!" lol

  • @Elfloss82 wait what?

Since when did you have to be religious to appreciate Sufjan? Let alone any music? It's statements like that which make people who don't have a religion or aren't christian feel bad about their lack of faith or beliefs. Congratulations sir, you're not helping the cause.

  • @MrBojengles824 Did you actually read my post properly before you replied to it? I said I am NOT Christian, which I said doesn't matter when listening to Sufjan's songs, as you don't "have to be religious to appreciate Sufjan" (your words). You basically agreed with my post completely, which makes me think you misread or misunderstood what I meant. I'd suggest you re-read my previous post. Thanks!

  • @Elfloss82 I'm saying its stupid that you even brought this up in the first place... By bringing up religion you're assuming that people who aren't religious (Christian or otherwise) don't appreciate music. Obviously you were just trying to be cool and philosophical about your post when it really just makes you seem like a Turd.

  • @MrBojengles824 When I posted my first message, I was trying to say that Sufjan's songs are accessible to EVERYONE, regardless of their beliefs. Once again, I am NOT a Christian, nor am I religious in any way, shape or form. I wasn't 'assuming' anything at all. You, however, are assuming that I was trying to 'be cool and philosophical', when in fact, all I was doing was saying that I really like Sufjan's songs. Next time, I simply won't bother. How's that for you? Good? Good.

  • @Elfloss82 yes!

  • love this song, thx!
