Thanks very much! I love Snape a lot and am not trying to lowrate him....He has till now denied his that animal nature most men have..... Lucius never denies himself anything at all. But poor Snape.....

possibly. As a boy he was certain no one loved him, in the presence of his father and mother, and Lily, who probably would have loved him if he had given her the chance, but he already thought he would lose her, I believe.

Very good. I am not going too far off the Rowling base. She does what she wants to outside the books, revealing that Dumbledore was gay was a real cop cout! That should have been part of his character from the beginning!

Rowling did not write the gay part in the book, but told it later at an interview! So you will not read it there in the book. I think she was afraid to be scolded for it. But she told a sensible story!
