There is no body kit on that V6, it just has all the black plastic trim smoothed and painted to match the body color/ stripes.

ok so i was looking at other vids and that is not a V6 front 0:15-0:16 its got a lip or new bumper something on it. I just want to know if anyone knows what its called would be helpful?

Awesome new car. Sounds great. It doesnt sound like an 8 because its not an 8. Should be illegal to sell this car in Automatic though.

@manawydan760 Funny that you say that because modern cars with automatic transmissions are in fact FASTER and they have better MPG. I understand why driving a stick would be much more fun though.

@BL00D4NG31 You need to check your sources, automatic 2011 V6 Mustang looses considerable HP, but as you said, they do gain 2MPG as a result. The Manual 2011 V6 only gets 29 MPG.

A V6 is never gonna sound like a V8. That said, the Flowmasters have a better sound to my ears than the MRT and Borla's. I just bought a 2011 V6 6spd as a 100 mile a day DD. Have two other non-street legal Mustangs in the barn for the track stuff, so I won't get too overboard on this, but would like a bit more sound.

I have a v6 mustang right now, but after driving a GT's, i would never buy one again. Almost half because of sound. And truthfully insurance isn't that much higher for a GT. Im getting a 07 gt, and it's 12 bucks more a month for insurance...

@leonardbullhock haha its all good. It's not a V8 but its still pretty powerful. Slap a CAI and a new exhaust and you have more power than a 2010 GT. I have a 11 V6 myself and have 350RWHP and 340 lbs/torque

Very misguided...You have those numbers at the crank, but mods for mod and 05-09 GT will always be faster? Not to say the new six can't be fast, but with full bolt ons, and exhaust and tune against a same GT with same mods, the GT will win!

Also, a stock 11' dyno at 240-250 rwhp, with CAI and exhaust it jumps to 290rwhp and 270ish tq...thats a stock 2010 GT...lol Thats all at the wheels and SAE corrected! so no it isn't more than the previous year GT's but still some damn good numbers for a six

@flyinghak2 It's only a v6, actually idon't think its right to say "its only a v6" to a mustang. its 10hp shy of the old GT's but if you want growl you wont get it unless your in a v8.

Not to mention it is lighter... The horsepower-to-weight ratio is WAY lower on the new 2011s ;) Just need the right axle to be competitive. Mine has the 2.73 axle for gas mileage, which I prefer, since I am driving 120km a day (or 74 miles) to work and back. Still pretty freakin fast for that rear end! :D

Now that V6 mustang looks awesome! I would definetly consider getting one over the V6 camaro if it looked like that. Then to the V6 camaro looks badass too. Decisions, decisions.

@MayorMcCheese78 Just drive them both. I was going to get the Camaro until I drove them both, the Camaro feels like a cave inside and has poor visibility. The Mustang was great. 31mpg here I come lol
