Well, that's no problem for me as I'm German but so far I've never heard anyone from another country (without German roots in the family) pronounce everything correct. Especially "ch" often causes trouble.

@AngieAbnormal315 Enstchuldigung lightly means "excuse". If you're comforting someone, or saying I'm sorry in a sorrowful situation, you would use "Es tut mir leid".. or "Es tut mir so leid" (I'm so/very sorry.)
