I don't know wtf is going on with the video guys. The original video is 3:18. If you view this page and look at the video's thumbnail without hitting play, it says its 3:18. When you click "play", the length jumps to 4:21. The video's speed is played at about 2/3rd speed, while the song plays in real time, killing all the synch and editing of the original.

I don't know why the hell something like that would happen, but I'm contacting youtube's support to fix it.

Okay so at first I had no idea what you were talking about, then I watched the video. It's been completely altered. I'm wondering if maybe someone replaced the video with the original? I don't think the creator would overwrite a great piece of work to this piece -- that doesn't nearly show the editing skills that was present in the real Hail to the Thief amv.

Ah the power of AMVs. I always wanted to be interested in NGE, but I don't like mecha animes. So about 4 years ago I tried the first movie and didnt understand or like it. I was disappointed since everyone else likes it. Then a year later I came across this video. I decided to give it another shot due to the power of this amv and watched the series. I loved it! I now own all of NGE and it's thanks to this 3 minute amv

Thom Yorke has said in quite a few interviews that the album is about how "the most powerful country in the world is being lead by a man who's stolen an election.... THATS BAD!"
