Looks good. Lately, I have been using a lot of nutmeg in my cacao elixirs, which I think blends really well with bitter herbs and cacao.

I need a good source of grass fed, cold processed whey. I haven't been able to find it locally.

@bleedingbacteria772 no, i moved out of that paradigm over a year and a half ago after about 3 years of strict raw foodism.
