@ZanderPlace with hardline pro, every 2 assists counts as one kill toward a steak. if you got 2 assists at 23 kills, you would get a moab because you now have a 24 point streak. when you got your next kill, youd get another moab becuase your killstreak is 24.

@ZanderPlace I think he's talking about the glitch that since your supposed to need 25 kills to get a moab, hardline while using the specialist pack lessens that to 24 which isn't meant to happen. A "true" moab as he was saying is getting a 25 kill streak, which would mean getting the moab at 24 kills and still getting another kill before dying after either setting it off or before it goes off.
